Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Weekend move out/move in cleans may be scheduled upon request however please note, this may incur additional fees.

Appointment Reminders/Invoices

 

Appointment reminders and invoices will be sent the weekend prior to your scheduled cleaning. Invoices will be attached to the reminder email. Please note that while every attempt will be made to keep your same recurring date and time, changes may occur. Changes in date/time will be made in the client’s weekly email along with a direct text message.

Should I clean before my house cleaner arrives? Not exactly. Here are a few ways to better prepare your home for your house cleaner:

 

  1. No messes; pick up toys, clothes, junk mail, etc. from all areas (couches/floors/counters/etc.) to better your cleaning experience.
  2. Clear away dirty dishes/food from counters and sinks
  3. Prepare bedding (if house cleaner should be making beds, please place fresh linens on end of the bed or on nightstand). Housecleaner will attempt to place dirty linens in clothes hampers if provided otherwise will gather nicely in a pile. 
  4. Pet mess; please discard any pet messes from floor/couches/rugs/etc.

 

Illness Procedures

 

If you or anyone in your home has had any symptoms for the flu/stomach bug/COVID-19, has tested positive within 5 days before your cleaning, or has been in contact with someone who has become sick, please notify GIT Clean Co. immediately. Services will then be canceled or rescheduled for a later date. Please note that while illness is unforeseen, GIT Clean Co.'s 48 hour cancellation policy is still enforced. 

 

Inclement Weather Policy

 

GIT Clean Co. follows our local public school systems to determine our hours of operations in the event of dangerous inclement weather conditions. School system closures are determined by the safety of bus routes. 

GIT Clean Co. Operations are based out of Little Elm therefore follow LEISD school closings or delays. However, GIT Clean Co. route schedules that lie in other districts will follow for that respective district. (Ex. LEISD schools are open but FISD schools are closed, GIT Clean Co. will be open but not service homes in FISD)

Should GIT Clean Co. be delayed for the day, your cleaning team will arrive in a different time window than normal. If GIT Clean Co. is unable to service you on your scheduled day due to delayed start, your service will be rescheduled for an alternate day. If your service is rescheduled, GIT Clean Co. will contact you as soon as possible.
